Home Learning

Spellings will be sent home on a Friday to be returned to school the following Tuesday. They will be sent home in a folder.

Reading Diaries:

In Key stage Two the children will be reading for pleasure and choosing from a range of books on genres which interest them. When they have completed a book they will sit a comprehension quiz which will also tally the amount of words they have read and points they have won. We still expect the children to read at home to an adult at least twice a week.

Times Tables:

Please help the children to learn their times tables each week so that they can become scholars, wizards and masters! The children need to learn the tables 2, 3 ,4, 5, 8 & 10 forwards, backwards and at random, as well as knowing the corresponding division facts.
